1 OAK Design, LLC ("1 Oak Design," "we," "us") operates 1oakdesign.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or apply to the Trade Partner Program, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone number, company, role, license number (optional), product interests, project details and your message.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and the website or ad that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and trade applications, and to follow up about your project.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand how the website and our advertising perform, and to improve them.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that receives form submissions, website hosting, and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and advertising

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies to measure visits and the results of our ads, and Meta may use this information to show you relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, or with your permission. If your request involves installation or construction, we may share your contact details with our sister company, 1 Oak Construction, with your consent.

Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to respond to you, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@1oaknc.com or calling (910) 660-6374.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
